Flakes???
Does is concern anyone that someone found the way to put the wonderful taste of mashed potatoes in a flake? I mean really how did they do that? Mashed potatoes are a tricky dish to whip up. When you make them there is always the chance that they will be to runny or to lumpy, but when you use the flakes they are perfect. Just follow the directions and there you have it folks the perfect mashed potatoes. I find it to be one the modern wonders of the world to be quite honest. I love mashed potatoes and they have made it so easy.

That reminds me of Back to the Future (I don't remember if it's 1 or 2) when they are eating in the kitchen and they take this really little pizza, put it in this hydrator, and all of a sudden they have like an 18" pepperoni pizza! The miracles of modern science. It's a shame we still don't have a cure for the common cold...
