I need an update!!!

So last night I missed my favorite show. I worked at church last night helping out backstage putting microphones on and moving props. I had a good time and the speaker, Ken Idleman, which is Kyle Idleman's dad did a really good job. I just need an update though what happened on Lost last night. I read that it was supposed to be introducing the lives of some of the other characters on the show and I missed it. Of course I sure that the rest of America missed it too because after all this week is National Turn Off Your TV Week. I mean WHAT? That is the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard of I think. Who comes up with this stuff. Now yes I would agree that America does watch to much TV. I think that the average amount of time that Americans watch TV is like 6 hours a day. I am lucky if I can sit down 6 hours a day. I don't know were people get the time. Anyway if those who weren't participating in this week of no TV could get me an update that would be great.
